It’s been a while since I posted something.I am between seasons,my focus drops.Looking thru Fly-fishing pics from last season the ones that I thought stood out all had clouds.Hmmmm interesting,let’s take a poke at that.

Fly-Fisher Peeps will tell you about cloudy days equal epic fishing.I agree.On days like that is seems to offer the best of both worlds,sun then shade.The rainy system that is associated is either moving in or better yet blowing out.You are either getting into or out of your waders … things are changing,it’s all good.

Ontop of the a probable hatch with the added cloud cover  another bonus is the contrast in the big blue sky.Mother Nature puts on the show,you just sit back and watch the clouds blown in and out.Admire the shapes,but watch the colour,we all know that will tell you something.

I don’t know about you but I find clouds highlight the Mountian peaks and Ridgelines.Or adding contrast  to  the Prairre Landscape.
