Cutthroat Trout can been be compared to the “Canary in the Coal Mine”if they live in an ecosystem thats a good thing, man has not messed it up..yet.Up here in S.E.British Columbia the Cutthroat we chase are Westslopes,we like them because they love to eat dry flies or anything for that matter.Considered to be easy to catch the “but” is it is all on their terms.Unlike other trout when the fishing is slow you may not be able to buy a Cutty, then the switch goes on and it’s “lights out” as they agressivly feed on everything that floats by.
