I am still living the life of a Trout Bum on the banks of Montana’s Missouri River which is the lowest the river has been in 20 years .. great news for now but come August not so good . A few more guide trips then it’s up to Alberta and British Columbia then our season starts to rock . According to D.B.O. Guide Quinn Styles ,The Bow River is already fishing and will be in fine form in the next couple of weeks which means the Golden Stonefly Dry Fly fishing will be epic . Meanwhile down in Fernie B.C. D.B.O. Guide Derek Crawshaw has been fishing the Elk RIver, his report is similar to Quinn’s The Elk RIver will be in fine form in about 2 weeks and once again Golden Stone Flies will be the ticket .Stay tuned Amigos !
