As Summer rolls into Fall some of us reluctantly case the Fly-Rods and un case the Shotguns.Driftboats are switched out for the canine element of Dave Brown Outfitters and Fernie B.C. is in the rear view mirror as we head out to our Saskatchewan Bird Hunting Camp.Waterfowl and Upland Birds are the name of the game,Labs ,Chessies ,Brittanys,Setters and Pointers are all happily put to work to retrieve,point and sometimes flush a variety of birds.The Dogs love it..so do we.
Most of the time the days are split between Duck Shoots in the Am. followed by chasing Huns and Shaprtails,Duck numbers are epic ,upland numbers are ok. overall it is a great experience.
